Demand Trump’s Removal & Prosecution for Epstein Child-Abuse

To: Sen. Padilla, Rep. Khanna, Sen. Schiff

From: A constituent in Santa Clara, CA

November 13

I am writing to express my profound alarm over the mounting evidence that former President Donald J. Trump is repeatedly referenced in the recently released Jeffrey Epstein files. Those documents suggest a possible connection between Mr. Trump and a criminal network that trafficked and abused children—a crime of unimaginable horror. The seriousness of these allegations cannot be overstated. If credible evidence demonstrates that any elected official, past or present, participated in, facilitated, or concealed such conduct, the United States’ commitment to the rule of law obligates us to hold that individual fully accountable. Moreover, Mr. Trump’s documented instances of perjury—lying under oath—and repeated false statements to the American public further erode confidence in his fitness for any role of public trust, whether as a private citizen influencing policy or as an appointee within the federal government. I respectfully request that you take the following actions: 1. Support a thorough, independent investigation—whether through a special counsel, congressional committee, or an appropriate law‑enforcement agency—to examine all relevant material linking Mr. Trump to the Epstein case. The investigation must have unrestricted access to the files, subpoena power, and protection for whistleblowers. 2. Advocate for legislation that strengthens safeguards against the appointment of individuals under credible suspicion of involvement in grave criminal activity, ensuring that no person can occupy a position of authority while such allegations remain unresolved. 3. Prioritize victim‑centered outcomes—ensure that any findings lead to swift prosecution of those responsible and that resources are allocated to support the survivors of the Epstein network. Our democracy depends on transparency, accountability, and the unwavering application of justice. By acting decisively on this matter, you will demonstrate to constituents across the nation that the Senate will not tolerate impunity for the most egregious violations of human rights. Thank you for your attention to this urgent concern.
