The tenth person to die in ICE custody just this year - Emmanuel Dama, a man doing everything right...from a tooth abscess? What century are we in? And DHS wants us to believe its the the best medical care he ever had? What I believe is that the system is racist. This is happening in every detention center across the county: COVID and measles are raging, people aren't being provided with medication or drinkable water. We have an administration intentionally depriving people of medical care and then lying about it - a mass catastrophe waiting to happen. We've got to do more. Which reminds me, there's a lot of money to be made by Rep Rutherford and others - but that doesn't make it okay. And if you think abortion is murder, what do you call this?
