I don’t know if a coalition of states can do this, but we need to file suit against Hegseth for violating myriad laws and the civil rights act. Please see my note to Congress. Pete Hegseth is violating Civil Rights Law. He is threatening the safety and security of the United States. He is violating the Constitution. He must be removed from power. He must be sued personally and professionally for the myriad violations of our laws. He is building an army of zealots, we are very quickly approaching historical rhymes of Germany and other military services on the wrong side of history. You, Congress, are losing control of the one check and balance we currently have to save this country. And, potentially, the world.
