I have recently seen that there have been many conversations at the State Legislature level about ways to reduce energy costs. I have been awaiting the opportunity to install balcony solar at my NY home as is done in State of Utah and in Europe. Please clear the way for consumers to supplement their energy costs with this affordable equipment that is easy to install. Ideally this could be installed safely with zero input from the local energy providers, installers, and/or companies. Balcony solar could be a phenomenal way for apartment tenants to also contribute towards our State's green energy goals.
