I urge you to support passage of a version of the Brennan Center’s model bill “State Accountability for Federal Interference at Polling Places” in New York State as soon as possible. I hope that New York will work with other states to get laws like this on the books across the country, to help ensure free and fair elections for 2026 and into the future.
