I’m writing today because the Robert’s Supreme Court has created a President who feels emboldened to break the law openly. We need a return of checks and balances to both the Supreme Court and the Executive Branch. That is the responsibility of Congress. I am asking you to revise current bills S.5121, Supreme Court Ethics Act, and S.3914/HR.7692, Supreme Court Ethics and Investigations Act to include oversight by an Independent Authority, and not the Supreme Court itself. Additionally, the President’s public bribery and suggestion to his followers to commit the federal crime of voting illegally must be investigated. The Robert’s Court created this mess, it’s up to Congress to fix it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
