Recent actions by the Trump administration to deport immigrants to El Salvador with no provided evidence and without due process is beyond the pale. Additionally, recent comments by President Trump about expanding deportation plans to include “homegrown” or American citizens is without parallel in recent history and completely unacceptable. President Trump is not above the law and cannot ignore the constitution and our judicial system. I expect all members of his administration and our elected officials to stand up for what’s right and preserve the rule of law.
