In the United States of America, our judicial system exists to uphold the rule of law, protect our rights, and maintain the stability of our democracy. When any government official—chooses to ignore or undermine lawful court rulings, it strikes at the very foundation of our constitutional system. If ordinary Americans failed to comply with court orders, we would face consequences, including fines or jail time. That is the reality for every citizen. Why should any government officials be allowed to operate above the law? What will happen to Kristi Noem for openly defying the judicial branch? This is not a partisan issue—it is about the rule of law. It is about the Constitution. It is about ensuring that every public official, regardless of position or political affiliation, is held to the same legal standard as the people they serve. YOU must act. I am requesting a full investigation into Kristi Noem’s actions, clear accountability measures, and a firm public statement affirming that no official is above the law in the United States of America. The American people deserve transparency. We deserve leadership that respects the judiciary. And we deserve to know that our elected officials will be held responsible when they violate the Constitution and the legal system that protects us all. Do your duty. Protect the rule of law.
