Please vote no on Russell Vought's confirmation as the director of the Office Of Budget Management.  As one of the authors of Project 2025, writing the chapter on bypassing Congress to give king-like powers to the president, he cannot be trusted.  The Executive Orders based on Project 2025 (i.e., birthright citizenship and pulling funding/hiring freezes) are not constitutional. Congress has the power of the purse, not the Executive branch. Vought threatens the necessary checks and balances present in co-equal branches of government.
