Mr. President Revise social security such as a privatized 401k where people can either keep it in the G / Gov Bond fund base or put it in like a Vanguard VUG fund or S& P 500. But keep selections to only 10 choices so funds maintain strength and durability with different levels of return profits or loss variability like the federal TSP Such shall clearly reinvest in American markets strengthening funds over the long-term and provide Americans with a larger return on their social security and help the government manage it better.
