I am writing to express my deep outrage and concern over the continued use of American tax dollars to fund Israel’s military campaigns, which have now extended beyond Gaza and into Lebanon, Syria, and even Qatar. These actions have killed civilians, destabilized entire regions, and drawn the United States deeper into conflicts we should not be fueling.
According to recent reports, Israel has:
Bombed Gaza, destroying residential towers and causing mass civilian casualties.
Struck Lebanon, killing Hezbollah members but also endangering civilian lives.
Targeted Syria, escalating tensions with an already volatile regime.
Launched a strike in Qatar — during ceasefire talks — risking direct confrontation with yet another nation.
All of this is being carried out, in part, with U.S. financial and military support. This is our money — billions of dollars in military aid every year — enabling actions that are destabilizing the Middle East, putting countless innocent lives at risk, and potentially dragging America into broader conflict.
I want to know:
Why are my tax dollars being used to fund these strikes?
What is Congress doing to hold Israel accountable for bombing multiple sovereign nations?
What concrete steps will you personally take to ensure the United States is not complicit in further escalation and civilian suffering?
Our country cannot continue to claim moral leadership while actively financing policies that fuel chaos, death, and instability abroad. The American people deserve transparency, accountability, and a foreign policy grounded in diplomacy and human rights — not endless, unquestioning support for actions that make the world less safe.
I urge you to take a public stand, demand oversight of U.S. military aid to Israel, and work toward an immediate cessation of funding that enables these attacks. Our tax dollars should not be used to perpetuate war.
I look forward to your response and a clear explanation of what steps you will take to ensure that the United States stops enabling these destructive actions.
