Redistrict anyway. Other states have done it, against their own constitutions and without an election. Why are we held to the rules when others are not? The court has shown it has no power over enforcement. What are they going to do? The majority of Virginians wanted the redistricting. That’s more than you can say for other states that unilaterally made a choice to redistrict without a vote. This isn’t a matter of looking better than or superior to. This is a matter of survival at this point. Please think of America.
