As your constituent, I demand that every member of Congress vote NO on any NDAA that integrates or creates a strategic partnership between the United States and Israel in any form.
Israel cannot be allowed to replace declining direct U.S. aid with something even more permanent: deep military, economic, industrial and technological interdependence that becomes harder for Congress or the American people to unwind.
Strike House Section 219 U.S.-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative; Senate Section 1217 U.S.-Israel FUTURES Act/Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative; Senate Section 845 proposed strategic defense-industrial partnership; and every related, renamed or renumbered provision.
Reject any integration involving:
U.S. and Israeli military or intelligence systems;
weapons research, development, procurement or co-production;
defense industries and supply chains;
AI, cyber, autonomous systems, quantum technology or data infrastructure;
energy or other critical technology;
joint manufacturing, licensing or investment;
institutionalized operational or strategic coordination.
Do not substitute “partnership” or “interdependence” for aid. Do not bury permanent integration inside the NDAA.
Vote NO on rules, motions to proceed, cloture, final passage and any conference agreement containing this agenda.
The United States must retain independent control of its military, economy, critical technology and foreign policy. No merger. No integration. No strategic interdependence with Israel.
