Vote No on SAVE Act!

To: Sen. Kelly, Rep. Grijalva, Sen. Gallego

From: A constituent in Tucson, AZ

February 12

Please vote no on the SAVE Act. As an Arizona constituent and military spouse overseas who has also changed their name, this will make me unable to vote. It is already complicated to vote overseas and timing can often get in the way, but adding in extra forms and identification requirements, plus a possibility of having to do it in person annually, will remove voting from our rights as American citizens. This is unacceptable. It is un-American. And it will affect thousands upon thousands of voters. Do not let this happen. Please vote no and please reach out to all your colleagues of all political parties and help them understand how this will destroy our country. Don’t let anyone take away my legal right to vote because I (and thousands of others) live overseas due to military service, or have changed our name! Stand up for all voters.
