I'm asking you to cosponsor and pass the Deceptive Practices and Voter Intimidation Prevention Act of 2025 (H.R. 4894/S. 2912). This bill will make it a crime to knowingly deceive or intimidate voters, including the use of AI to do so. It would also require post-election reports on the number of complaints received.
