You are violating the law.

Under Title 10, Section 12406 of the U.S. Code, the National Guard can only be federalized in cases of invasion, rebellion, or when requested by a state’s governor or legislature. There is no rebellion, no invasion, and Governor Newsom did not request federal troops. You sent them anyway. That is an unconstitutional abuse of power.
Using military force without legal authority—especially to target peaceful protests and intimidate civilians—crosses a line. It is not strong. It is not lawful. And it will not be ignored. This is a democracy. You are bound by the Constitution like every other public servant.
I strongly oppose your actions, and I stand with the people of my state. No one is above the law.
