Get Rid of Pam Bondi

To: Rep. Mann, Sen. Marshall, Sen. Moran

From: A constituent in Lawrence, KS

February 12

GET RID OF PAM BONDI February 11 I am writing to demand that Congress open a formal impeachment inquiry into Pam Bondi. The Attorney General has a constitutional obligation to uphold the law independently and serve the American people, not the political interests of President Donald Trump. There are serious concerns that she is acting in service to the President rather than in service to the Constitution. During today’s congressional hearing, she failed to directly answer legitimate oversight questions from members of Congress. Refusing to provide clear answers in a public accountability setting undermines transparency, weakens congressional oversight, and erodes public trust in the Department of Justice. If the Attorney General is avoiding scrutiny while using the power of the Department of Justice in a partisan manner, that raises profound constitutional concerns. Congress has both the authority and the duty to investigate credible evidence of misconduct, abuse of power, or failure to faithfully execute the law. No official is above accountability. I urge you to support a formal impeachment inquiry and ensure that the Department of Justice remains independent, transparent, and accountable to the American people.
