Vote No on the SAVE Act I'm a 58 year old Kansas woman who has twice been married. Both times I changed my last name to my husband's. Which means, my name does not match my birth certificate. How will the SAVE act affect me? Will I have to produce a birth and marriage certificate? The State of Kansas will charge a fee to get a copy of those documents. That is, in essence, a poll tax. I will have to pay a fee in order to vote. That is unconstitutional. Please vote NO on the SAVE act!
