Entrusting the nation's highest law enforcement office to someone whose primary qualification is unwavering personal compliance sets a dangerous and destructive precedent. The Department of Justice requires principled leadership and unyielding independence, not an administrator ready to execute political agendas at the expense of justice. I urge you to reject this nomination and protect the integrity of our democratic institutions.
