Tump’s war on Iraq has caused oil companies to profit $30M an hour while we American consumers & tax payers pay. There is no way they should be “rewarded” at our expense. Congress should hit them with an excise tax, which could be used to pay the extra costs of heat during winter or increased commuting costs. Thanks.
