I'm writing to demand that Sens. McCormick and Fetterman support bipartisan legislation like the Trade Review Act of 2025 to reclaim Congress’s authority over US trade policy and block Trump’s destructive and nonsensical tariffs. These tariffs are a multitrillion dollar tax increase on Pennsylvanians and Americans and are already wreaking havoc on our economy. These tariffs must be stopped before things get worse. Both of you can’t ignore the effect of the erratic statements coming today from the White House making the stock markets plunge. History tells us that tariffs do not work, and the country can be saved by the brave decisions of a few men who stand up for the American people. Be those men for Pennsylvania and the US by supporting this bipartisan legislation. Thank you for your time and consideration.
