Do not vote for a budget or a CR; it is time to shut the whole thing down. From Robert Reich, “Keeping the U.S. government funded now is to participate in the most atrocious misuse of the power of the United States in modern times.” Voting to fund this government would violate your oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. (And even if we gained some concessions why would you believe 45/47 would carry out ANY instructions from congress?) Urge your fellow members to support a shutdown, and to explain WHY. We must use any levers we have.
