Good morning I’m an independent who has written in candidates cause I’m disgusted by my former party. 38 years voting straight Dem and I got nothing. However if you vote for this god forsaken Mamdani tax I will make it my life’s mission to vote for every Republican you face until you are gone. Let NYC close their budget gap with their own money! If you raises taxes on the wealthy you either pass that tax to us or worse they leave the state! Look at what Chicago and their near Democratic Socialist policies has done. You will hurt this state. You will cause us to lose high earners and replace them with more welfare recipients. Is that what you want? A majority of the populace beholden to govt assistance? You think this is compassion? To damn New Yorkers to the cruelty of govt dependency? If so you should not be in office. Govt can’t solve all our problems! NYC can’t be everything for everyone! Vote no on Mamdani’s tax!
