I’m writing to urge you to vote NO on any budget deal that reopens the government without strong protections for working families and federal workers. Congress must extend ACA premium tax credits, fully fund programs like SNAP and WIC, protect workers from illegal firings, and block the Trump administration’s authoritarian control of the federal budget. This shutdown was manufactured to harm ordinary Americans. Please stand firm for a fair and moral budget.
