Gov Pritzker is pushing the Children's Social Media Safety Act. I need to know your stance on this piece of legislation. These "protect the children" laws are often a disguise for ulterior motives and do not actually care about protecting children. This act would jeopardize the privacy of Illinoisans forever. This will result in inevitable data breaches of all our most sensitive personal data and highly likely to disproportionately impact queer Illinoisans as conservatives try to push anything LGBTQ discriminatorily as adult content. How much are you dedicated to the peace and privacy of our neighbors?
