A leaked ICE memo encourages ICE ‘officers’ to force their way into citizen’s homes without a judge’s warrant. That is not law enforcement. That is the executive writing its OWN warrants. That is a complete violation of the Constitution’s Fourth Amendment. The executive branch is wholly bypassing the legislative AND the judicial branches of our government. Why are you, a member of the judicial branch, silent on this? Why are you not taking action? My wife and I strongly urge you to demand independent investigations of ICE’s recent activities. Demand ICE obey the law. Take back the power and authority you once had. Defend the Constitution you swore to uphold.
