Rape! An act of Congress called agape . In memory of victims that weren’t able to make that phone call to our department of justice system A federal offense and yeah, it’s still happening every day and all your jails all your institutions documented to happen in nursing homes hospital environments This act is to protect the people that can’t take the phone calls. The ones that are in mobile in the hospitals. The ones that are in those nursing homes the ones that are in those jails and institutions in prison centers We passed a fixed camera law for tech surveillance figure out the tax to pay for it. Nobody should have to know that their mother died. Her father died being raped in a healthcare center or their child mother or father in a institution correctional facility It would be the same if you lived in a duplex and your child live next-door and for 24 hours you had to listen to this person get raped that’s exactly what some of these people are dealing with and these jails in prisons and institutions and it happens every day if you pull the statistics and get with all the reform people, they’ll all witness to you. It’s much needed for every single facility and healthcare center that I mentioned and maybe even other places so for the love of God and in memory of the victims, and to prevent this from happening to the victims that can’t move to make that phone call please consider this act of protection for the safety of our families, brothers and sisters, sons and daughters and uncles aunts and cousins and extended family.
