You must call for the invoking of the War Powers Act. Trump has not won his ill- conceived war and our great country is now humiliated and checkmated. The US would be in a much better place today if Trump had not arbitrarily and capriciously canceled the 2015 agreement. And some US Navy sailors are not getting enough to eat.
