De-fund and then abolish ICE The entire ICE institution as an institution has demonstrated itself to be lawless, racist, inhumane and violence-seeking. It cannot be reformed or trained from what has become its core function. It must be disbanded and replaced As a starting point, any attempts to add more funds to DHS must be resisted to the absolute maximum limit including government shutdown The next step is removing money altogether for ice and then dismantling it. It then cannot be replaced until a new organization is developed with strict limitations on authority, refugees. coupled with corr directives and guidance that emphasize human rights and the protection and respect of families, asylum seekers and Nothing short of the complete removal and replacement of this institution will be adequate.
