Date: October 15, 2026 Re: Petition for Equal Protection — One National Security Standard We the People ask that every American family receive the same level of security and protection currently provided in Washington, D.C. I am requesting consideration of: Equal Protection Under One Standard A declaration that America be held accountable for Americans, with one nation-wide standard of safety so that all citizens and their families are fully protected. One Unified Federal System Mandatory federal action to implement one unified law and policy system, based in Washington, D.C., utilizing the latest advanced technology — including Air Force coordination, Starlink satellite technology, and cellular tower/electronic communications technology — to form one level security protection system. This system would include full federal and state government surveillance and real-time crime watch capabilities, with separate yet integrated state-state-federal DOJ accounts holding real-time records, to hold federal and state government to the highest standards of protection for our entire country, both national and statewide. The goal is one beautiful, integrated system with real-time crime watch towers in and out, above and below and beyond, as far as we can see.
