The execution-style killing by ICE of an American citizen who was exercising his second-amendment right to bear arms is horrifying to me. I beg you to vote to halt funding to ICE and demand accountability for those bad apples. ICE is an arm of our Government, and we need to be able to trust the work it is doing. Killing citizens execution-style cannot go unpunished.
