Due to cuts in the National Weather Service, we no longer have 24-hour weather coverage in many places in the country. That hasn’t stopped the need for it. We have spates of tornadoes and flash flooding and people are going to die when they are not warned. Additionally, FEMA has announced that it is not ready for hurricane season. This is terrifying. We need FEMA just like we need accurate, full-time weather reporting. This administration is responsible for so many deaths, and if FEMA does not get its act together, they will be responsible for more right here among Floridians. I would think you might want to do something about that.
