I am incredibly concerned and terrified by what has happened in the Treasury Department this weekend. Elon Musk (neither elected nor appointed through Senate approval) and his lackey (who don't have security clearance) have taken hold of millions of people's private information. They have opened our country to countless national security threats, particularly as Musk is known to have relationships with both Russia and China. This is a dictatorial power grab that is far beyond even the insanity coming from the actually (sadly) elected president. It weakens our country on so many levels, and it puts all of us at risk. As your constituent, I need to hear that you are paying attention. I need you (and all elected officials with even a semblance of patriotism) to speak out and fight against this before it's too late. We have seen this blueprint so many times before, and it has never gone well for the countries involved. Now is not the time to sit idly by. Thank you.
