Israel is not being a good ally

It's time to cut ties with Israel in this war. Netanyahu is not respecting the cease-fire Trump and Iran agreed to. This has resulted in Iran closing the Strait of Hormuz again. Netanyahu convinced Trump to start this war, and he is refusing to halt it due to his desire to make Israel the supreme power in the Middle East. It is time to accept that their goals in this war do not align with ours. We need to distance ourselves politically and materially from them if we want to get out of this war with any money or power left in our global standing. I call on Congress to either sever the political tie to Israel or use our ties to make them stand down.
