Grok AI has continually been used to create child pornography and non-consensual sexual material. This has harmed girls and women in particular. Unregulated AI, generating both images and text, is a danger to people everywhere, and causes harm to the environment, especially towards already vulnerable communities. We cannot count on corporations to regulate their own AI. Legislators are the people who will be able to regulate AI. I am asking that you pass regulation that prevents AI data centers from being built and used to pollute communities; and that you regulate the usage of AI such as: forcing companies to mark images as AI, make legal consequences for people who generate child pornography, and give consequences both monetary and legal for companies that allow for the creation of child pornography and non-consensual sexual images and videos.
