Trump’s Big Bill Will Hurt Oklahomans

To: Sen. Mullin, Sen. Lankford, Rep. Hern

From: A verified voter in Broken Arrow, OK

May 21

I encourage you to consider the effects on your constituents when voting on Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill. A yes vote will hurt Oklahoma more than other states. If you represent Oklahomans you must vote no. How many Oklahomans will benefit from Trump’s tax cuts vs how many Oklahomans will suffer from cuts to services and increases in our national deficit. The math doesn’t add up. If you ever considered yourself a fiscal conservative a yes vote is a 180 degree flip-flop. Rural Oklahomans rely on Medicaid to support their hospitals, already struggling. Any cuts will hurt us, and our State is unable to pick up the slack. This bill benefits people who have more money than us, like people from Trump’s home state of New York. Okie’s don’t want to suffer in order to benefit richer states. It’s your job to protect us from this abuse. You must vote NO!
