The proposed House budget resolution would devastate vital social programs like Medicaid that millions of Americans rely on for their health and well-being. Cutting $2 trillion from these essential services in order to finance massive tax breaks for the wealthiest individuals and corporations is unconscionable and runs counter to our nation's values of compassion and shared responsibility.
