I'm writing this letter, not because I think it will make a difference, but because I have to do something, anything, to try to make my voice heard. The past year and 2+ months have been an assault on decency, morality, and the constitution every single day. A constant barrage. What we have been going through as a country is horrifying. However, today we stand on the precipice. Trump preparing to mass murder and and do irreparable harm to tens of millions of Iranian people in our name cannot happen. It simply cannot. I beg of you all, PLEASE DO SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to stop this. Whatever measures must be taken. We can't come back from this. We can't live with this. It's an unspeakable atrocity. It's time for extraordinary measures, whatever they may be. Please stop this monster! Please stop him.
