I find myself expressing my concerns to my representatives on a daily basis, and here we go again. I am writing to express my strong opposition to the imposition of tariffs on Canadian goods. As a constituent and an employer of a small business in Pennsylvania, I am deeply concerned about the negative impact these tariffs will have on our local economy and on consumers. Canada is one of our most important trading partners. Imposing tariffs on Canadian goods will: Raise prices for consumers. Harm American businesses. Disrupt supply chains and increase costs for these businesses. Damage the overall economy. A trade war with Canada will hurt both economies, leading to job losses and reduced economic growth. I urge you to oppose any tariffs on Canadian goods and to work towards a fair and open trade relationship with our neighbor.
