The DHS funding must include, at minimum, the requirement for federal officers to wear body cameras AND have them turned on. And to have their badges and identification clearly worn on their uniforms. Also to ban them from wearing masks. Otherwise, they are simply a modern day version of the Gestapo. Thank you.
