I am writing to demand that you ask, Christopher Carr, the current Georgia Attorney General to take Georgia out of the list of states suing over the 504 plan. If a judge declared section 504 unconstitutional, then they could say others anti-discrimination statutes based on race and sex and ethnicity are also unconstitutional for the same reason. Please do the right thing for us here in Georgia. Please think of the citizens of our great State.
