Trump’s overreaching use of the military and ICE agents is threatening our democracy and will threaten our elections. I am deeply concerned about Donald Trump's use of military forces on American soil. I thought that the Constitution does not allow for this except in cases of invasion or national emergency. We are clearly not being invaded and the national emergency would be Donald Trump's usurpation of power. I don't see any other national emergency. He is using "crime" as his excuse but he isn't sending troops to the highest crime areas, he is sending troops to Democratic cities as a nakedly partisan attempt to stifle opposition. He is also creating his own personal military forces in the form of ICE. These unidentified and masked agents are antithetical to Constitutional principles. Please use your position to investigate Trump's domestic use of the military and protect the American people!
