Comply with Supreme Court - Facilitate Abrego Garcia's Return

To: Rep. Self, Sen. Cornyn, Sen. Cruz

From: A constituent in Princeton, TX

April 30

President Trump's refusal to assist in the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia to the United States defies a Supreme Court order and undermines principles of due process and adherence to the rule of law. The administration's stance goes against established legal mechanisms and flouts its obligation to comply with binding court rulings, even for individuals accused of unlawful conduct. Abrego Garcia's unjust deportation from his home in Maryland was compounded by his wrongful detention in El Salvador. Facilitating his release and repatriation is a matter of correcting this injustice and upholding the judicial system's authority. Continued inaction not only violates Abrego Garcia's rights but sets a dangerous precedent of disregarding judicial oversight. I urge the administration to reconsider its position and take immediate steps to enable Abrego Garcia's lawful return to the United States in accordance with the Supreme Court's directive.
