DOJ STILL Not Complying with Epstein Transparency Act

To: Sen. Padilla, Sen. Schiff, Rep. McClintock

From: A constituent in El Dorado Hills, CA

March 15

It is unacceptable that AG Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, Kash Patel and others in DOJ have still not been held accountable for violating the Epstein Transparency Act. Critical information remains withheld, and the victims continue to be denied the justice and clarity they deserve. Bondi and other officials have stated that there are no pending prosecutions. If that is true, then there is no justification for continuing to withhold any documents. Congress must determine why required materials have not been released and why those responsible for enforcing the Transparency Act have not been held accountable for following the law. Additionally, Congress must require testimony from all relevant individuals, including Melania Trump and Donald Trump. The public deserves to know why key witnesses have not yet appeared before Congress and why essential information remains inaccessible. Congress must ensure that the Epstein Transparency Act is enforced without exception and that those obstructing disclosure are held responsible. I urge you to take immediate action to obtain the withheld information, compel necessary testimony, and uphold the law!
