Why do Republicans love to hire unqualified people? Bill Pulte has no experience that prepares him to over the 18 intelligence agencies that the Director of National Intelligence is supposed to manage. Do your job and require training, skills, and expertise. We've already seen the mess unqualified Republican hires (RFK, Jr., Hegseth, Mullins...) make.
