Yesterday's election results have sent a clear message that many of us are fed up with how the GOP is handling everything. This is your clear sign to pay attention to ALL of your constituents, not just the far right Red Hats constantly whispering in your ear. I even overheard a boomer white man at the polls yesterday explaining to another man that the government shutdown is the fault of Republicans. He said "the Republicans say the Democrats won't negotiate. But that's crazy. That would be like a hostage negotiator telling you to release all the hostages first and then we will negotiate." Believe me, people are catching on. I and my fellow Montgomery County Ohio and Centerville residents have giving you a one-year notice. End the shutdown, stop ICE overreach, return to the rule of law, and follow the Constitution as you were elected to follow. I look forward to seeing you all replaced.
