The reorganization of the US Forest Service is proceeding in a fashion that is absolutely illegal. Congress needs to stand up and stop this process, before the regime bulldozes their way through yet more laws and portions of the Constitution. The legal basis for stopping this already exists - why is it not being acted upon? Why is the USDA's general counsel allowed to unilaterally declare an appropriately enacted law unconstitutional by internal memo and face no consequences? Where is the accountability?!
