HOW COULD THE GOP POSSIBLY BE SURPRISED BY TUESDAY’S ELECTION ROUT?
To: Sen. Cruz, Rep. Pfluger, Sen. Cornyn

November 6
It’s been educational watching the GOP analysis, predictions, strategies-going-forward after Tuesday’s election rout. It’s perplexing how surprised (at least in public) some of you were. So let’s review…edited for length. DOGE. ICE. Human rights. Civil rights. Extortion using the power of the presidency. Murder of foreign nationals. Invasion of American cities. Shutting down the government because Trump refuses to negotiate. And inflicting cruelty on the citizenry he leads for retribution. Unapproved destruction of the East Wing of the WH. Epstein Epstein Epstein. And CORRUPTION. The Trump family has accrued an estimated $5B or so from foreign buyers of crypto. He is building a $300M+ donor-paid ballroom. Two-thirds of corporate donors—16 out of a total of 24—have entered into government contracts. Lockheed is the largest of these government contractors, having received $191B in contracts over the last five years. Altogether, the corporate donors benefited from nearly $43B in contracts last year and $279B over the last five years. Most of the corporate donors—14 out of 24—are facing federal enforcement actions and/or have had federal enforcement actions suspended by the Trump administration. These include major antitrust actions involving Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia and T-Mobile; labor rights cases involving Amazon, Apple, Caterpillar, Google, Lockheed and Meta; and SEC matters involving Coinbase and Ripple. The companies and wealthy individual donors have invested gargantuan sums in combined lobbying and political contributions, totaling more than $960M during the last election cycle and $1.6B over the last five years. But JPMorgan Chase isn’t among them. “We have an issue, OK?” CEO Jamie Dimon told CNN. “Which is anything we do, since we do a lot of contracts with governments here and around the world, we have to be very careful how anything is perceived — and also how the next DOJ is going to deal with it.” And there you have it. The DOJ we have now may not be the DOJ of the future. And anyone who thinks the corruption as it stands now, the offenses against humanity as they stand now, will pass under history’s radar are living in an ivory tower of entitlement. No wonder a socialist is now mayor of NYC. We the people are sick of the corruption that is SOP for large corporations and the wealthy. In 2026, every seat in the House of Representatives will be on the ballot. And 33 in the Senate. So will you continue to ignore the American people? Or will you just go along with Mr. Trump’s strategy to continue burning it all down? Because that’s the only way he knows.
