Impose arms embargo on Israel, end Gaza violence
To: V.P. Harris

The situation in Gaza is dire, with thousands of civilian casualties and immense human suffering caused by the ongoing hostilities. While Israel is a valuable ally, we cannot turn a blind eye to the disproportionate violence and loss of innocent lives. An immediate and permanent ceasefire is imperative to stop the bloodshed and pave the way for a just resolution to the conflict. Furthermore, continuing military aid and arms transfers only perpetuates the cycle of violence. It is time to take a principled stand and impose an arms embargo on Israel until it ends the indiscriminate bombing of Gaza and pursues a peaceful settlement that upholds human rights and dignity for all. Otherwise, the US risks being complicit in potential war crimes. We must choose morality over political expediency. The people's will and human conscience demand it.
