Why are millions of Americans still having to write, call, scream, and beg every single day to stop this Big Beautiful Bill? We are exhausted. Your staff is overwhelmed. You have better things to do than read another letter saying what we’ve already said a thousand times. So why is this cruel, backwards, billionaire handout still alive? You want a fiscally responsible solution? Here’s one: Cut the tax cuts. Close the loopholes. Tax billionaires 30%, like every working person already pays. Let them cry from the decks of their tenth yacht — they’ll be just fine without #11 and #12. Instead, this bill defunds Medicaid, starves children, closes rural hospitals, sells off public lands, strips food benefits, hikes taxes on the poor, slashes housing assistance, blocks veterans from benefits, guts disability programs, censors the courts, deports families, kills environmental protections, and gives Congress a pension carve-out to stay comfy while the rest of the country burns. Why the hell is this bill still a thing? Are you seriously that afraid of Trump? The most hated, most indicted, most lawless president in modern history? The man who tried to overthrow our democracy and now wants to bulldoze it in plain sight? Why are our Congress Representatives acting like he still holds power over you? The American people do not approve of this bill. You know it. We know it. Every poll shows it. So stop pretending you don’t have a choice. Tax the rich. Cut the bloated military budget. Defund ICE — a taxpayer-funded kidnapping ring. Stop bailing out corporations swimming in record profits. Do your job. Not Trump’s.
